Barister Ndumbe

Valentin Ndumbe Tabe (Vally Ndumbe) Founder & President, CLAAP Valentine Ndumbe Tabe, commonly known as Vally Ndumbe, is an Advocate of the Cameroon Bar and the Rwanda Bar, with a multidisciplinary background in business, legal practice, and advocacy. Before entering the legal profession, he built and managed successful business ventures, gaining firsthand experience in entrepreneurship and organizational leadership. His transition into law was shaped by a deeply personal experience that exposed critical gaps in early access to justice and the profound consequences of wrongful public accusation and delayed legal processes. This turning point led him to pursue legal training and dedicate his career to advancing justice and protecting the rights of vulnerable individuals. As Founder and President of the Community for Legal Assistance and Advocacy Programs (CLAAP), he leads the organization’s vision of building a structured platform for early access to justice, community empowerment, responsible advocacy, and sustainable development. Through CLAAP, he is committed to developing practical, solution-driven approaches that strengthen legal awareness, support communities, and promote institutional collaboration across Cameroon and beyond.
