Ngum Pamela Wankie Secretary General | Advocate (Cameroon & Nigeria Bars) Ngum Pamela Wankie is a dual-qualified Advocate of the Cameroon Bar and the Nigerian Bar, with extensive experience in corporate, commercial, and intellectual property law. She holds advanced legal training, including an LL.M. in English/Common Law, and is currently pursuing specialized studies in Intellectual Property through a program jointly offered by WIPO, OAPI, and the University of Yaoundé II. Her practice spans high-level corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, foreign investment advisory, and commercial dispute resolution. She has also developed recognized expertise in intellectual property law, advising on trademarks, patents, industrial designs, and related rights. Alongside her demanding professional career, she maintains a strong commitment to justice and the integrity of legal systems. Motivated by this commitment, she actively contributes to initiatives aimed at improving access to justice and supporting vulnerable populations. As Secretary General of CLAAP, she plays a key role in ensuring institutional coordination, legal integrity, and the effective structuring of the organization’s activities, while supporting its broader mission of advancing justice and societal impact.
