Bime Benjika Antoinette is an accomplished human resource, finance, and administrative professional with extensive experience in organizational management, personnel administration, and financial stewardship. She serves as the Treasurer of the Community for Legal Assistance and Advocacy Programmes (CLAAP), where she provides strategic oversight of the organization’s financial management and contributes to strengthening its governance, accountability, and long-term sustainability.
She currently serves as the Human Resource Manager for the Douala Branch of the Société de Recouvrement des Créances du Cameroun (SRC), a public institution engaged in debt recovery and financial asset management in Cameroon. In this role, she oversees human resource operations, staff administration, organizational development, and employee relations, contributing to the institution’s operational effectiveness and commitment to professional excellence.
Antoinette holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Madison International Institute and Business School (USA), a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from the same institution, a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Buea, and a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting and Finance. Her multidisciplinary academic background provides her with a strong foundation in human resource management, financial administration, organizational leadership, and corporate governance.
Over the course of her career, she has served in several key administrative and management positions across both the public and private sectors. Her professional experience includes serving as Human Resource Manager at PRESERCAM Security Company and the Russian International School Galaxy in Douala, Administrative Assistant at SOGEA SATOM, Bilingual Secretary at the Russian Consulate in Douala, and Bilingual Secretary and Cashier at Miracle Informatique. These diverse roles have enabled her to develop exceptional competencies in administration, financial management, staff development, institutional operations, and stakeholder engagement.
As Treasurer of CLAAP, Antoinette plays a central role in safeguarding the organization’s financial integrity and promoting transparent, accountable, and responsible stewardship of its resources. She is committed to ensuring that sound financial management supports CLAAP’s mission of expanding access to justice, protecting vulnerable communities, and fostering sustainable social impact.
Antoinette believes that strong institutions are built on integrity, accountability, professionalism, and effective leadership. Through her expertise and dedication, she contributes to strengthening CLAAP’s capacity to deliver meaningful and lasting change in the communities it serves.
